The Bija Hot Hatha Yoga programs are hosted by a small, vibrant Hot Yoga studio in the heart of Raleigh, North Carolina. This studio is basically a big family that loves the challenge created by the poses, the heat and the diligent teachers. Our students love teacher training time and are often overheard providing encouragement and support to our teacher trainees during the programs.
