My name is Ashlee Cooper. I have been the owner of Reforming Movement (formerly North Hills Pilates) since 2009. I am a movement educator. My passion is to teach clients and students alike how stuff works. As a constant student myself, I approach teaching anatomy like I would most like to be taught, as an exploration, with patience and compassion. Together we will learn about your structure and how it actually moves. We will explore planes of movement, types of movement, timing, and breath. All while learning about the body in a practical, fun, moving way!
